fatcay accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2-5 minutes of successful transaction completion. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number for assistance.
Players may request withdrawals once their Account has been verified through KYC procedures. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Independence Day, Nyepi, Christmas, and other national holidays) will be processed on the next business day.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method and account status. VIP players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. Excessively large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification procedures.
In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, fatcay requires that all deposits be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests are approved. Suspected bonus abuse will be investigated, and accounts may be suspended pending review.
Players may forfeit an active bonus at any time through their account settings. Forfeiting a bonus will remove the bonus balance and any winnings generated from that bonus, but your deposited funds and associated winnings will remain.

If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before completion, bets will be void and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules. Live in-play bets are subject to time delays due to technical streaming and odds compilation requirements.
fatcay reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to human error or technical glitches. Examples include decimal odds displayed as 100.00 when the correct odds should have been 1.10, or incorrect game outcomes displayed before the game has concluded.

Gambling inherently involves risk, and losses are a natural part of gaming. fatcay is not responsible for any financial losses you incur while using our Services. You acknowledge that wagering is speculative and that you may lose your entire deposited balance. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fatcay's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the three months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless fatcay, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding fatcay's Services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We will investigate your complaint and respond within 5 business days. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication with our support staff.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through customer support, you may escalate the matter by emailing our compliance team with full details of the dispute and your desired resolution. We will conduct a thorough review and provide a final decision within 10 business days.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against fatcay.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened, and you must register a new Account if you wish to use fatcay's Services in the future (subject to our single-account policy).
fatcay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, or if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity. Suspended accounts will be investigated, and we may withhold funds pending completion of the investigation.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. fatcay may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on inactive accounts with a positive balance. Inactive account fees will be deducted from your balance until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate your Account by logging in.
If your Account is terminated due to violation of these Terms, fatcay reserves the right to confiscate your remaining balance. Confiscated funds may be used to offset any losses incurred by fatcay due to your violations.
fatcay reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revisions were made. Your continued use of fatcay's Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
